Last week, our Grade 4's planted a garden. Kids in the After School and Summer Daycare program will be able to enjoy the beans, peas, cucumbers, etc. during the summer months and then the produce that is ready in September will be donated to the Tanner's Crossing Tiger's Den canteen. Chrisy makes fresh food for the whole school. All this happens through donations and the Agriculture in the Classroom program. We are part of their Little Green Thumbs indoor gardening program.
